Collections is regulated, and Rymi does not make you compliant. It checks your own do-not-call list before each outbound phone call, and recording is opt-in per agent. It does not scrub against national DNC or DND registries. You own the call windows, scripts and consent rules that apply to you. The Acceptable Use Policy lists what the platform prohibits.
